3.     Resources Loading and levelling and generating resources forecasting Histogram / curves for overall Manpower and individual trade group.
4.     Identifying the equipment requirement for the project in line with the construction programme in the most optimum manner.
5.     Cash & Quantity loading of activities in the programme for better understanding of progress.
6.     preparation of s-curve for cash flow for the project including cash in statement –overall for the project and activity wise and realistic increment planned progress based on quantities installed,
7.     Daily & weekly monitoring / Tracking the project with respect to the baseline schedule by incorporating actual dates.
8.     Preparation of material approval schedules, shop drawings schedules, lead procurement items schedule, consultant nomination schedules, equipment schedules, etc., adhering to the activities of the baseline programme and monitoring the same.

Monitoring the scrutinising and approving of all labour / sub-contractor payment certificates in line with the approved rates and agreement conditions and complying with the quantities certified by consultants.
Calculating the productivity of labour at site and analyzing means to improve it.
Ensuring the booking of correct costs by proper coding for material & activities and monitoring the adherence of all costs to these codes for activity based costing.

Contract Administration:

1.     Liasoning with the project quantity surveyor and identifying variations to the original scope of work including preparation of variation requests and orders.
2.     Establishing and preparing all financial claims (with Quantity Surveyor) including necessary programmes for Claim of Extension of time and Delay analysis.
