I am Manas Ranjan Mahapatra, would like to introduce my self as a Mechanical Engineer having more than 11 years of experience in Project Planning & Management by using various software tools like Primavera Planner, Primavera Enterprise, MS project etc, in various sectors.

With 11 years experience in various projects in India, Italy, Abu Dhabi,Iran involving industries like Buildings, Mining & Metals, Mineral Beneficiation, Petroleum, Telecom, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Facilities Management, functional Project Controls and implementing project management processes. I have experience of Planning in EPC projects from concept to commissioning with PMBOK Project Management processes including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure.

My areas of expertise include setting up and leading the Project Controls Department, Project Management Offices (PMO), Scheduling, Project Control, Risk Management, Project and Resource Prioritization, Developing and Tracking Project Metrics, Training and Mentoring.
