Initially Starting my career as a Geotechnical engineer I moved into heavy civil engineering as a Tunnelling engineer in the late 90's  I have since moved on and now practice as a management consulting professional with extensive programme and project management expertise that has been applied across multiple industries to include heavy civil engineering (tunneling), nuclear decommissioning, water / waste utilities, telecommunication and road construction. Specialising in programme / project management has delivered not only coal face engineering solutions but also strategic planning ,process improvements, and change management to create value added solutions. With a broad international experience in Morocco, Greece, North America , UK (EMEA), Singapore, New Zealand and Australia (APAC). I have accrued over 25 years commercial and delivery management experience, working not only within civil engineering but also project controls and planning. As a Director and practice lead in a major management, engineering and development consultancy serving both public and private sectors. I held programme and project management roles on large, complex assignments. Most recently my deliverables have been around programme / project management, recovery, and business readiness within the IT telecommunications and utilities industries with my main focuses on contract delivery management.
