Present Duties

• Assist the Expert Witnessby conducting Delay Analysis & producing “Expert Reports” in matters of Arbitration by research and fact-finding, detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modelling, and case strategy.

• Prepare “Statement of Claim”& reports for Extension of Time (EOT) and Extra Cost using recognised methods and in accordance with the contract conditions. Thereafter, attend meetings with the Engineer and respond to Engineer’s queries that are conducted as part of the “due consultation process” in Engineer’s determination.
• Meet and liaise with Consultants/Engineer in matters of scope changes related to EOT.
• Review Claimsproduced by clients/sub-contractors for either rebuttal or advice on quality of claim by reviewing the “Claim Heads” and the delay analysis “Methodology & Delay Models”.
• Provide advice and guidanceon preparing WBS and Baseline Schedules to Contractors in large construction projects.
• Schedule Risk Analysis: Review Baseline Programmesprepared by the Contractors, for scope coverage, logistic and supply chain requirements, identify areas of concern, recommend improvements and amendments to ensure that the Programme is in line with the contract requirements, and demonstrate appropriate entitlements during delays and while utilized for Delay Analysis to support request for EoT and Prolongation Costs.
