A versatile Civil Engineer with over 22 years of professional experience and have successfully functioned in various Project Management, Planning, Construction and Contract Admininstration roles in buildings, commercial, oil & gas, and petrochemical projects in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, China, United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, and Sri Lanka.

For more than 8 years, I have demonstrated my Planning / Scheduling skills in several oil & gas, and petrochemical projects which includes Saudi Aramco gas plants, a BASF chemical plant, a Dow Chemical facility, district cooling, and aviation fuel storage and hydrant projects.

I have already proven myself to be an effective construction engineer having performed duties as a Site Engineer, a Project Engineer, a Project Manager and an Operations Manager in building construction, architectural finishing and interior fit-out projects. I also managed the construction of a few aviation fuel storage facilties.

I also worked as a Contracts Administrator in an aviation fuel hydrant system and fuel storage facility project.
