Pierre has thirteen years experience in Primavera scheduling, Cost Engineering/Project Controls and Project Management. This includes the lead design scheduler on several heavy civil Design-Build PPP projects, the Project Controls supervisor for a PM/CM engagement, and establishing Project Management Offices at the enterprise and divisional levels. 

He also provides project controls support for Jacobs South Florida offices, including the creation and maintenance of  projects in the Jacobs Projects Operations Dashboard (JPOD). He provides project performance analysis and monthly reports to senior management for operational project reviews. 

Throughout my career, I have been the "fireman" or "multi-tool" that senior management can count on to go into situations that are in trouble and effect changes. I do this using my technical skills, but more importantly I use my interpersonal skills to get the project or program team to all work together to improve performance.
