I am a Lead Planner (Team Lead) working on a broad spectrum of planning/scheduling, cost estimating, cost management, and contract administration projects with capital values from €2m > €23b. I am currently the Lead Planner with an Oil & Gas company with responsibility for all projects in the front end (pre FID). I have worked at all levels of planining and have held other positions such as Project Services Lead. I have a proven track record in leading a team and bringing improvmentrs in the work practice to increase productivity and provide improved predictablty in the project schedules. I ahve previosuly worked in other areas such as but not limited to Pharmaeuctical/Biotech.
