16 years experience in Planning & Project Controls including 4 years within the nuclear industry. Steven has gained his broad experience across varied industries utilising skills in programme and project planning, including enterprise and organisational structure development, project and activity coding, resource management, productivity analysing and reporting, change control, process development and project performance reporting. Steven has been responsible for the successful delivery of many project programmes demonstrating well developed interpersonal skills as part of a management team, as well as working independently on secondment to provide a packaged planning service.
