I am civil engineer background & certified cost engineer with 19 years experience in cost planning, control and management career in construction and real estate industries in Middle East and MENA region. My experience  covers project life cycle stages including feasibility/business case, master planning, design, bidding, construction up to handing over for operation team working with Main Contractors, PM consultant and real estate developer.  

I am working in my thesis of MBA (management) from Preston university - UAE branch plus many courses in PMP, cost control, value engineering, leadership, financial and auditing.

I build my knowledge through working in various projects types including power generation plants, infrastructure, international airport, high rise commercial and residential blds, industrial factories and 5 stars hotels.
