Author of Total Project Control: A Manager's Guide to Project Planning, Measuring and Tracking (John Wiley & Sons, 1999) and numerous articles.  Creator of TPC methodology and metrics, including critical path drag, the value breakdown structure (VBS), the doubled resource estimated duration (DRED), the cost of leveling with unresolved bottlenecks (CLUB), and the DIPP and DPI profitability indices.

Currently, Adjunct Instructor of Project Management at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Past: Adjunct Instructor in PM at Brandeis University, Waltham, MA, the University of the West Indies at Cave Hill, Barbados, and at Olin College of Engineering, Needham, MA.
