Working with organisations in order to determine their project control requirements.  Determination of the most appropriate system taking into account the particular circumstances of the organisation and the costs involved.  Integration as far as is reasonably practicable with existing business systems or development of new systems.  Extensive system knowledge of both Primavera and MS Project.  Provision of appropriate training for planners and other users.
