Mr. Muneer AKL has over 36 years of extensive, solid and varied experience in construction/project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimating and contract administration for both industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure Projects with various industries within mega project environments. He has state of the art in project control systems including methodology, contract and time management software, project management plan preparation, database and web-based apps. He has project management, construction sites supervision / management and contract administration hand on experience. He has extensive knowledge of oil/gas (LNG) projects, as he was involved in BED-3 GAS Development Plant in western desert, Egypt with SHELL, BECHTEL, and other international parties. He also has a solid experience in airports and highways projects. He was involved in contract documents preparation for several international projects. He worked through Turner-Projacs team & ECG, Dreamland Hilton hotel, Egypt. He is particularly conversant, well experienced and exceptionally talented with extensive experience in Primavera Project Management Primaver Risk Management & Primavera Contract Manager software and has an extensive knowledge of overseas Conditions of Contracts including the FIDIC – NEC – NEC3 Conditions of Contract. He is PMP certified and experienced in claim alternative dispute resolutions (ADR) and arbitration.
