Since 1986 I have been involved with various IT Projects mostly as CIO. Since 2001 I am exclusively engaged with Organizational Change Management and Efficiency Improvement with technology & automation including ERP Implementation Programs and so far have successfully completed Oracle eBusiness Suite Global Implementation Program covering 12 modules including Business Intelligence in 16 Companies engaged in Textile, Cement and Chemicals Manufacturing & Trading business. I have successfully managed SAP IS EC&O Global Implementation Program for Descon business units engaged in the Engineering & Construction Business including EPCC and Manufacturing in six countries. The scope included not only ERP but Business Intelligence, Data Center Optimization, DR Site Establishment, ICT infrastructure Optimization, IT Policies Design & Implementation, Information Security, communication infrastructure for LAN/WAN/Internet, messaging systems like Lotus Notes/MS Exchange with voice & video communication for collaboration environment, Gateway security including SPAM control & IDP and integration with Biometric Devices and industrial manufacturing equipment.

I have also been involved with large scale corporate unified communication projects covering data, voice and video communication across the Organization sites at different locations across the Globe. During 1999 - 2000 I have been engaged with business ventures right from conceiving business plan for ISP & B2C eCommerce portal, technical system design, launching and operations of both ISP and an eCommerce B2C on line retail store in Pakistan and Singapore.
