This was one of the City Planning Office’s top priority projects which aim was to get greater transparency in operations and to increase efficiency and establish KPIs and business objectives for the whole of City Planning. The project included analysis of the business, solutions, integration between systems and the implementation on to the business.


Ringhals AB
2004-2009. Time Manager for RPS Project, Vattenfall Ringhals nuclear power plant

Security upgrade of Reactor 1 was one of Vattenfall’s largest and most complex projects. The project was to diversify and physically separate the safety systems. The project included research, Plant design, systems design, detailed design, installation and commissioning.

2008 Implementation of planning methods and tools for turnaround planning related to Primavera P6

The project’s aim was to introduce a monitoring tool for turnaround planning linked to the Primavera products.


Kockums AB     
2003. Project scheduler for upgrade of military ships and submarines.


Borealis      
2002-2003. Project scheduler for the turnaround of the cracker in Stenungsund TA03.

The assignment was to construct a schedule with total budget and develop an approach for planning, managing and monitoring the turnaround. The schedule contained about 11 000 activities and a resource plan for about 550 contractors.


AGA Cryo
2001-2008. Implementation of Primavera Enterprise.

Implementation of methods and tools (Primavera Enterprise)
The assignment was to introduce planning and operation of AGA Cryo’s project and to advise on planning and project management.

2001-2002. Responsible for Primavera support in Sweden. Primavera Enterprise (P3E, P5, P6, P3 Project Planner, Sure Trak)

The mission was to coordinate the development and implement support for Primavera planning tool. The support role was to be a central hub where customers and our consultants were able to send technical and planning issues.
