This was one of the City Planning Offices top priority projects which aim was to get greater transparency in operations and to increase efficiency and establish KPIs and business objectives for the whole of City Planning. The project included analysis of the business, solutions, integration between systems and the implementation on to the business.

2004-2009. Time Manager for RPS Project, Vattenfall Ringhals nuclear power plant
Security upgrade of Reactor 1 was one of Vattenfalls largest and most complex projects. The project was to diversify and physically separate the safety systems. The project included research, Plant design, systems design, detailed design, installation and commissioning.

The projects aim was to introduce a monitoring tool for turnaround planning linked to the Primavera products.

The assignment was to construct a schedule with total budget and develop an approach for planning, managing and monitoring the turnaround. The schedule contained about 11 000 activities and a resource plan for about 550 contractors.
