 In 23 years as a Planning Engineer I have well rounded experience of planning gained in the Oil and Gas, Process, Infrastructure and Construction both in an office environment and on site.

 I am well acquainted with major investment procedures such as Capex and GRIP and have wide range of tendering experience under both as well as bespoke tenders.

 I have worked with both clients and contractors and have an appreciation of the key requirements of both parties regarding cost and value.

 I am conversant with Project Controls discipline and Contract Commercial management on the contractor’s side dealing with multi discipline cross functional COWD, EVA and outturn forecasting under both conventional and NEC forms of contract.

 A good practical working knowledge of the NEC (ECC) Option A, B, C, D and E Cl.31 and Cl.32 programme reviews and Compensation Event Delay Analysis including the practical use of the SCL protocol.
