Job Description as Interface Coordinator/ Acting Manager
Liaise closely with the Company's Site Representative, to ensure that all interfaces are designed and installed correctly and interface problems are eliminated.
Monitor the project schedule in terms of the old and new requirements.
Identify what additions, modification and extensions need to be made to integrate any system with the existing facilities. Ensure Permit to Work systems are strictly adhered to. Co-ordinate with the Other Contractors for smooth execution and day-to-day activities. Provide all appropriate interface data for input into Company's integrated planning system. Prepare and maintain a register of interface related issues and actively expedite the resolution of all such issues. Develop contingency plans, including measures to be taken, if any of its planned activities cannot be executed due to late completion of activities by other parties. Inform Company in writing of any delay caused by late completion by other Contractors
Ensure that during all phases of the Work areas of interface with activities of Company or others are properly managed
Job Description as Acting Project Controls Manager
Manages and oversees project controls for engineering, procurement, construction, Hook-up & Commissioning projects. Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review. Manages project controls personnel. Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk. Provides guidance and consultation for Project Director and Project Managers.
Job Description as Lead Planning Engineer
Manages and oversees project planning & reporting for engineering, procurement, construction, Installation, Hook-up & Commissioning projects. Responsible for project planning and scheduling and monitoring, S-Curve, Histogram, procedures and quality review.
Development and maintenance of the project plans and schedules based on input from project technical / commercial functions and contractors Supervision, management and training of the Planning team personnel, taking overall responsibility for Project Planning activities.
Provides guidance and consultation for Project Director and all Project Managers
