Experienced Project Planning Engineer with in depth knowledge and experience of forensic analyses. Familiarity with differing delay types, i.e. Compensable, Noncompensable, Excusable and Non-excusable; also the significance of concurrent delays and the methods to define measure and attribute them and evaluate the individual and combined impact of such on a project’s key takeover dates. Have studied law of Contract and Tort as part Construction Engineering degree.  Also possesses a strong “hands-on” execution background in EPC power, petrochemical and also prestigious building and civil projects.  In depth knowledge and experience of the full EPC process and detailed logic associated with such.

Responsible for creating, establishing, implementing and maintaining project schedules, progress measurement systems, reporting procedures and methodology on approximately 15,000 megawatt of EPC gas fired, combined cycle power projects within the USA. Lead a team of four office planners and six site planners and was functionally responsible for this team and for recruiting new members when required.
  • Previously Construction Projects Manager, civil engineer and planner in Saudi Arabia and UK for LAING, Fairclough and others, worked on a series of prestigious building and civil projects both as manager and planner.
