I am looking for Part Time Roles, with our own P6 and MSP, based in the North East of England. 

I am a Planning / Project Controls Manager and Practicioner. I operate as a small business and work on Contract for organisations that need such services. My background is mainly in Railway Signalling, but I have worked on projects as varied as Refiney Revamps to Theme Parks.

I have worked for Contractors, Client Organisations, and as a Consultant to Client organisations; on a variety of differing projects. I have gained an understanding of the challenges that each has to undertake. I have developed the Planning and Control Strategies for businesses, and carried them through, leading teams making the strategy of Project Controls a reality for their businesses for project controls – this includes the introduction of Building Schedules, Tracking Schedules, Change Control, and Risk Management (including Schedule Risk Management).

I have also built and delivered Training courses (for Project Management, Project Controls and PM Software) delivering them in house to comanies I have worked for and externally to Blue Chip Clients on a Regular basis.

I have written manuals and books on both Project Management and Project Controls. I have contributed to several APM and other publications on Project Planning and Controls.
