I am a Senior Project Management Consultant,(PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI) , Project Management Office Certified (PMOC) from AALPMO, Risk Manager Professional (RMP) by PMI ,Registered Project Management Professional (IPMA-C) by the International Project Management Association (IPMA), Certified PM Consultant Engineer (PMCE) by Egyptian Engineering Syndicate  with more than 25-yeasr service record providing project management to over 40 projects with a total cost of more than US $2000 million. I am thoroughly experienced in managing construction projects using computerized project control software, claims analysis/prevention in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. From 2001 to 2003,  I worked as a contracts sector manager and a financial controller for the construction projects. From 2004 Up till now I worked as a Project control manage which responsible for  creating PMO Systems for many Construction Companies and Governmental Sectors, Also I provided Project Management consultation for many Industrial Projects in Saudi Arabia (Aramco, Sabic) and in Egypt. I have developed and provided several project management training courses for various public and private sector training providers in all Gulf Countries (KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar & Kuwait) .

I am also an international Arbitrator of Construction Contracts at The Federation of Engineering Institutions of Islamic Countries. As I have a long record of contract management starting from preparing bid packages through controlling the contracts during construction phase and ended by claim analysis and arbitration using Primavera products and many others tools.
