·         Establish good and strong relationship to control Development parties according to the main developer strategy and project plan.

·         Controlling special politics when necessary for projects with special nature clients- multinational structure and mix of cultural background in the same project.

·         Ability to transfer the requirements to other parties in a  simple way and to insure applying documentation system to communication.

·         Excellent knowledge to The FIDIC clauses and contractual oriented.

·         Operate Executive meetings also conducting necessary presentations.   

·         Conducted various Presentations on different disciplines through both, Course work and work field.

·         Working in multinational organizations in Egypt, UAE and Bahrain.

·         Ability for Managing projects from the PMC and Developer scope as well as monitoring the Master programme , cost control issues, coordinating project issues between consultants and contractors and any other concerned parties in the project, evaluating the progress of work & establish corrective actions if necessary  accompanied with resources allocation distribution /leveling , preparing client’s and projects cash flows , cost control and CLAIMS’ analysis and counter claims preparation .

·         Performing all reports needed to Developer/high management reports and its related presentations.
