Here is my background information on my Project Controls and Planning for Cost /Scheduling capabilities 

Developed cost and progress curves / reports / matrixes for ACWP, ETC, EAC to forecast and current budgets using SAP & Oracle 

Development and progressing with Primavera and MS Project schedule for EPC Green/Brown Field construction through MC/Comm and Start-up for Production Platforms, Drilling and FPSO’s. 

Analyze, evaluates and forecasts current Primavera status against the baseline 

Tracking and maintaining project budgets and maintaining cost control and providing status . 

Develop deliverables and its rules for tracking and maintaining for EPC and Comm/Start-up 

Manage the operations and fiscal activities of the Projects to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals 

Supervise staff and motivating disciplines (engineers, designers, project controls and schedulers) in accordance with company policies and procedures and financials associated with EPC projects 

Recommendations to meet project goals and positively influence project direction 
