Construction Planning/Engineering:

Started life in an engineering design office as an electrical drafty before transitioning across to include instrumentation on oil and gas projects. Following the dream to work overseas, spent many years travelling and working, whilst climbing the engineering ladder to Project Engineer and Installations Manager - the formal planning seeds are sown.

Returning to Australia, my oil and gas friends had moved on, and a dear friend was able persuade a civil construction contractor to take a chance - the move to civil, roads and rail. Then adding a Masters degree in Project Management with a paper on Delay and Disruption Claims using CMP.
