Extensive planning, project controls and services experience, cost engineering, change management, progress monitoring, risk management and contract administration experience. Extensive PMT and EPC expertise including engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning strategy and brown-field works. I have had significant interface experience with cost, operations and maintenance teams through brown-field and green-field projects.
