Jolly is a seasoned Planner/Scheduler with over 27 years experience. He thrives on a "continuous improvement" approach to build on best practices in his capacity as Project Senior Planner in construction and infrastructure. His approach involves working with all relevant stakeholders and team members in the planning and scheduling process for the successful delivery of major complex construction programmes and projects.  Building on his background experience, Jolly's career has matured into the exciting world of project management working from the top down, seamlessly integrating with project management teams in  e is keenHe is developing, monitoring, and updating an integrated project master plan and schedules so that the project can be executed in the most efficient manner possible to the satisfaction of the Client.

Relevant Experience  :     

Jolly experience spans a wide range of sectors which include a military academy complex facilities and infrastructure, industrial (power plant, crude oil pump station, petrochemical plants, iron and steel plant and an industrial centre for research & development), metro rails projects,  High-rise and medium-rise hotels, residentials and offices (22 -122 storey) in different countries. His expertise enables the project management team in:

               - Project planning

                                                   - Schedule development

                                                   - Schedule management and control

                                                   - Project Cost Control and EVM (partly/jointly with QS &Cost Engineer)

Added Value             :     Over 27 years of international (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam &India)  and middle east (UAE &KSA) construction experience as a Planner/Scheduler covering most important aspects of project planning and scheduling.

                                :      Hands-on experience with project management tools such as, Primavera P3 &P6, MSP, Graphics and MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints), AutoCAD, Microgfx Designer

                                :     Pre and post-contract planning capabilities. Acquainted with several types of  contract, i.e. lump sum, unit price, cost plus, design-build, and EPCC and forms of contract FIDIC and NEC. Knowledge of PMI’s and AACE’s  Planning & Scheduling standards.
