I’m a Project Planning and Controls Consultant with a passion for helping Project Managers and its team for better understanding (for better delivery of Projects) of the programme by encouraged participation in the planning process therefore having a sense of ownership and by translating the programme to a more user friendly document.

I am well experienced in providing technical support in the development of the design, procurement and construction schedule to be used as the baseline for time, cost, resources and critical path analysis. Provide timely status reports, forecast earned value analysis, time impact and forensic schedule analysis to be used by the project team as vital tools needed to make key decisions for project success. 

I have over 21 solid years planning and programming background within construction industry using project management methodologies and software (Primavera Project Planner P6) under various forms of contract, including NCE 3.

I have over 24 years of experience in the construction industry; medium and high- rise commercial, residential buildings and UK rail sector.

I am a Civil Engineer by profession, with a Master’s degree in Engineering Management major in Construction Management, a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP), Member Association for Project Management (MAPM) and Graduate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (GMICE).
