Mr. Swiger has proven Construction Management Experience with a high level of Project Controls expertise specifically: Contracts Management, Cost Administration, Estimating, Procurement, Change Management, Planning and Schedule Management, Claims Analysis, Forensic Scheduling, and Dispute Resolution.

As an expert witness, Mr. Swiger has testified for Constructability, Estimating and Scheduling in California State Court Systems for insurance claims.

Mr. Swiger has demonstrated skill and imagination in the establishment of labor camps, unloading facilities, on & offshore staging locations, material storage and secure warehousing facilities for mega construction projects in foreign locations.
