For the preparation of a strong claim you have to be able to process the thousands of records that are available these days. Many Contractors collect records but is few that are able to process these records and present them in a format that can convince the other part or an independent about the merits of each case.

With my excellent skills in database applications, Autocad, visual basic and my 18 years site experience I have been able in a number of cases to prepare and present to the Employer Representative the necessary documents that convinced him to give positive consideration to the Contractor Claims for extension of time and prolongation cost.
