Over 30 years of practical, hands-on international experience as Project Controls Manager for major petrochemical EPC projects, (>$1billion), establishing, developing, and leading multi-national and multi-disciplined project controls teams.

Paul has a proven record of managing and motivating his multi-national teams across multiple projects and locations, providing timely and accurate information to the Project Management Team in the following areas;

Paul has expert personal skills in Primavera P6 and P3, (including the creation of large logic-driven schedules), plus development of budgets, WBS, CBS, and PMS procedures.
