Clive Holloway MCIOB MAE is a Programming Expert and specialises in providing advice and/or opinion in the resolution of time related issues on Construction, Engineering, Civil and Oil & Gas projects in dispute around the World, including Hong Kong, Russia, Middle East and Asia. Clive has over 35 years of experience in the industry; he is a very proficient forensic delay analyst for either the claimant or the defendant in adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has been appointed as Expert Witness on several occasions, and has completed numerous expert reports. He understands the need to produce clear, thorough and uncomplicated reports that identify and deal with the key issues related to time. He is fully aware of the role and obligations of an Expert Witness and so understands the need to provide independent advice and opinion to the tribunal relevant and appropriate to the case; he has met with opposing Experts and appeared in tribunal hearings.
