Over 22 years of project controls, planning and programming experience working for a wide range of clients and contractors, 15 years of which have been in a senior or managerial role. With a successful track record in planning major projects in the UK, Australia, Middle East and Hong Kong.

Previously responsible for the Operational Readiness Program Integration at Doha International Airport. Having had extensive airport buildings, M&E and systems experience gained at some of the largest airport developments at London Heathrow Terminal 5, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Doha International Airports.

Currently engaged as a Senior Associate at AIM Group Ltd leading the Project Planning division on major Hong Kong and International Infrastructure Project Delivery.

In addition, have led the planning functions in complex rail and underground transportation developments and within the bio-chemical research, petrochemical processing and retail sectors. Extensive exposure to creating or processing contractor claims. 

With a passion for excellence and instilling a pro-active drive within his team. Impressive command of project cost control, planning and programming techniques and software including Primavera (P6), Artemis, MS Access and MS Project.
