My role in advocating for our Clients is to manage and deliver program and project schedules in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. My responsibilities include planning, developing, managing, and executing the schedule throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery. MGAC is a global boutique construction consultancy dedicated to managing and representing our clients’ best interests. Our services include project management, cost management, program management, project controls, schedule management, technology solutions, FF&E procurement, relocation management, and health + safety.
