- Follow up progress update monitoring for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates on P6.
- Preparation of Expected Cash in & out and Expect at Completion Reports
- Preparation & Review of Cost Claims and Variation orders
- Study project file and prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
- Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data against budgets.
- Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Identify any variances and material waste that occur and its reasons
- Monitoring to ensure that the corrective action resaves the variance.
- Provide Technical Support For other junior engineers at different projects.
