May, 2018 - Evaluate the Baseline Schedule and recommends improvements regularly in order to fulfill any requirement in the Baseline/Revised Schedule
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Co-coordinating, organizing and developing the planning team for all project internal and external scheduling and reporting requirements.
- Oversee project procurement management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Assist with the co-ordination of necessary input from all departments and project teams.
- Analyze all project activities establishing well defined work activities, and create a detailed and properly sequenced project schedule
- Monitor the project by using the Earned Value Management Technique in order to maintain the Progress on track.
- Prepare “Look ahead” schedules and reports for Client
