Preparing the planning package for the project which includes the Work Breakdown Structure and
Weightage of each WBS, Baseline Schedule in Primavera P6, Overall “S” curves, Overall Progress
Measurement System, Engineering Drawing Deliverables Control Register, Manpower Histogram,
Manpower loading etc.
Maintaining DPR ,weekly, monthly reports
Calculating client quotations and Analysing costs and sales
Bid Preparation, Planning & implementation of projects.
Prepare and plan maintenance activities, monitor implementation and update plans with actual performance, review processes and procedures on completion to improve
Update the BOM (Bill of Materials) system.
Maintain an efficient performance of all schedules and analyze all software tools and assist in transmission and distribution of all various projects.
RFQ Review and analysis, including technical and commercial requirements & conditions.
Coordinate input from other departments to develop bids responsive to customer requirements.
Manage proposal development from RFP receipt to contract award.
Keeps up-to-date with technical developments, both internal and external, as well as industry developments
