Skills and Tasks
· Participate in the review of PSC Operators 2014 full year performance and 2015 work programme and budget for Total Upstream and Addax
· Carry out Field Inspection Visits to production facilities at Total Upstream and Addax Facilities
· Review the provision of facilities support for increase in oil production in Total Upstream and Addax
· Participate in the major projects in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria
· Participate in the conduct of PSC Facilities staff gap assessment and competency management plan
· Identify areas of operation where new technology adoption is desired
· Excellent knowledge of contract / procurement regulations, policies and
practices.
· Working knowledge of oil and gas industry contracting practices, procedures and work practices
· Experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to contractual problems to management.
· Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contract administration and other major matters
· Creation and Review of Contracting Documents (Contract Strategy, Adverts, ITT, Bidders lists, Technical Evaluation Criteria, Commercial Evaluation Templates and Award Recommendations)
· Contracts/Projects performance monitoring and evaluation
· Participate in the evaluation of Technical and Commercial Evaluations of Contractors’ tenders
