- Schedule site activities and track their progress.
- Capture all expenditures, actual cost and schedule the IOP’s for the construction phase in order to maintain the cost and schedule report.
- Integrate the budget and the schedule using the WBS and CBS to forecast a reliable cash flow and determine the CPI and SPI for the monthly report.
- Manage the master schedule for Bateman
- Perform contractors claim verification.
- Develop the commissioning plan.
- Maintain the commissioning plan.
- Attend progress meeting with the client(BHP Billiton)
- Measure and report on earned value to the project manager and the client.
