August, 2016 - Do planning for new incoming projects incorporating the engineering design, procurement aspect, and construction project to create a master program schedule
- Loading of resources - materials, labor, plant and machinery needed to carry out a construction project according to the BOQ, drawings, plans, and technical specification
- Weekly updating all activities and scheduling the progress of the project comparing the schedule % complete versus performance % complete (plan % versus actual %)
- Preparing and estimating the tender document
- Preparation of claims change and extra orders
- Preparing and submitting monthly valuation (value of work done) to the Client
- Preparing and submitting to the Client the actual weekly man-hours with direct and indirect man-hours
- Preparing and submitting to the client the Monthly Report which include of all engineering and procurement status, schedule and progress Summary (plan & actual), document control register, HSE statistic, cost and contract, equipment report and progress photograph
