In the service of large construction enterprise, Beijing Construction Engineering Group ( International)，I  mainly engaged  in project bidding management, contract management, cost  management and project management.1.General Roles1.1In charge  of and participated in bidding work in Africa, Asia, South American and other countries.1.2In charge of and participated in bidding and commercial work for the domestic and international residential buildings, hotels and office buildings and other housing projects, municipal infrastructure, overseas terminal building; overseas sewage treatment plant project; overseas wind farm project, electricity transmission and other large and medium-sized projects.1.3Familiar with domestic and international project bidding procedures.1.4In charge of and participated in the preparation of bill of quantities in both English and Chinese, the calculation of quantities, inquiry and quotation.preparation the commercial tender documents.1.5Participated in preparation of technical tender, work statement, construction schedule plan, organization  etc.1.6Summary for bidding documents.1.7Study and analysis of contract documents of tender documents, preparation  contract documents and the subcontract documents; familiar with FIDIC documents.1.8Prepare and review domestic and international subcontract documents for signing and ensure subcontractor compliance with project requirements and the terms and conditions of subcontract including Insurances, performance bond guarantees and related mandatory requirements.1.9Involved  in with the owner of the interview and contract negotiations.1.10In charge of awarded foreign projects supporting work and participate in the whole process in contract management and in cost control.1.11In charge of and participated in aid project evaluation  by the ministry of commerce.1.12Review team performance and oversee linkages with compensation, promotion, career and succession planning.
