I provided day to day programme management for Crossrail contract C610 which was responsible for the fit out of newly constructed tunnels and stations along the central section of the Crossrail route. My responsibilities included provision of look-ahead programmes and interrogation of Tier 1 Contractor delivery programmes to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timescales as well as providing advice for remedial action where necessary.
I was personally responsible for the production of weekly progress dashboards and reports, particularly progress against plan. In addition I compile earned value and critical path data.
