Palestine- Leading and monitoring the entire SOW in the below mentioned projects in ManagerialMethodology and Technical prospect.
- coordinating activities distributed between more than 10 contractors
- direct supervision for the physically executed works as well as paper & documentation quality such as Progress reports, forecasts, trend, risk assessments, material selection criteria, contractual issues
- Coordination between various client departments i.e. design, procurement, QA/AC, Personnel, warehouses, Top Management, Contracts. Etc.
- Coordination and managing customer’s engagements and expectations accordingly in order to attain customer satisfaction and maintain Scope, time, quality, Cost as much as possible.
Projects:
- Town Centre project (Q Centre)/ Offices Building Tower with approx. 10,000 S.M Area (Arch, Civil, MEP, IT works)
- Neighbourhood No. 3 / 13 No Residential Building
