Position: Engineering planner and project controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting list of documents and activities of each engineering departments.
- Checking list of documents and activities of each department with contract and previous projects activities lists.
- Preparing initial and detail schedule for engineering section as per contract time limitation, and Basic engineering packages planning schedule.
- Updating project schedule and monitoring project critical path from engineering point of view.
- Human resource planning regarding project schedule.
- Establishing control system for engineering section as per project budget and man-hours.
- Preparing Planning procedures for project.
- Monitoring and controlling project schedule for avoiding delay in project.
- Preparing Engineering expediting spreadsheet in coordination of Engineering team for online monitoring of engineering activities and improving efficiency.
- Preparing periodical progress reports.
- Informing financial department for preparing engineering invoice as per contract millstones.
- Participating in engineering external meetings to report latest status of engineering to owner.
2001 ~ 2003
PIDEC
- 3rd AROMATICS PLANT in Bandar Imam as the site Civil Planning Coordinator.
- MTBE Project as a Planning and project Control Engineer.
- Abadan Refinery Project Phase I as Planning and project Control Engineer.
Position:Junior Planning & Project Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating schedule using Microsoft project 2003, and Excel worksheets.
- Analyzing causes of delay and prepare compensation plan to cover delays.
- Coordinating and planning of the project activities.
- Prepare Monthly, Weekly and daily report.
- Determine bottlenecks of project and proposing solutions
- Procurement planning
- Human resource planning regarding project schedule
