• Cost estimation: Capex and Opex direct and indirect costs (labour, bulk materials & plant equipment, freight, construction equipment, contractor distributables and vendor representation).
• Cost control: budget allocation, commitment control, capture of accruals, WBS and cashflow.
• Change management: scope identification, change control and trend forecasts.
• Planning and scheduling.
• Procurement and contract administration.
• Reporting: weekly and monthly cost reports.
• Procedures: Assistance to integrate project controls, contracts, procurement and finance systems.
