I have 14+ years of experience in the field of Project controls (costing , planning & contracts) with international players like PALM HILLS , ORASCOM & KHARAFI NATIONAL.

Currently I am working in Kuwait for one of the leading real estate developers on the GCC region in the capacity of Project Controls Manager and with the following tasks :

1-    Conducting the feasibility studies for all new opportunities ( Residential , Retail & mixed use projects) ,

2-    Preparation , follow up & revise projects cash flow identifying the requirement of source of fund ( Loans , Equity injection & presales) ,

3-    Preparation of projects base budgets and monthly monitoring of actuals and revising the projections according to the revised forecast ,

4-    Assist in preparation of the company 5 years business plan ,

5-    Preparation of projects status presentation for board of directors.
