September, 2016 Job Responsibilities:
- Development of contractual Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA.
- Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
- Preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis.
- Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
- Preparing look-ahead and providing to the engineering team and highlighting critical activities.
- Preparing procurement log in line with baseline program requirements. Monitoring progress of procurement & highlighting variance to the project team.
- Identifying manpower requirements in-line with the project progress & programme requirements
- Preparing detailed T&C schedule in-line with the baseline program following the logic / sequence of commissioning.
- Identifying the events that could delay completion of project and notifying the delays in accordance with the Contract Conditions.
- Preparing delay analysis impact programmes for the delay events
- Supporting site management in preparing Variations and EOT Analysis.
