Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor in construction of the $1.2 billion integrated solar combined cycle plant (Power block). Duties included reviewing the existing disruption expert report, checked calculations and investigated welding books including welding quantities, insulation and labour resources for the piping subcontractor’s dispute with the main contractor.
Power Station Redevelopment, London, UK
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the construction management company in a £1 billion multi-use development. Duties included baseline programme analysis and identification of potential delays.
Titanium Smelter Plant, Saudi Arabia
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor for a dispute concerning an extension of time during the construction of a $433 million, titanium smelter plant. Duties included the production of progress matrix and charts for mechanical and electrical installations, chronology gantt charts for furnace repair works, planned and as-built chronologies, planned v as-built fragnets in power point and analysis of delays to furnaces.
LNG Plant, Angola
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor for a dispute concerning an extension of time during the construction of a $12 billion, liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant. Following research into the project the parties decided to settle.

Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the main contractor responsible for the refurbishment of a former steelworks into residential accommodation. Duties included analysing the various causes of critical delay and producing delay event chronologies.
5 Star Hotel Refurbishment, London, UK
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the main contractor who was responsible for the refurbishment of a high calibre hotel. Duties included analysing the various causes of critical delay and producing delay event chronologies.
Geothermal Wells, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor responsible for the 2 million-euro, installation of geothermal wells in Bishkek. Duties included the investigation into drilling rig diaries, drilling hours, reviewed baseline and as-built programmes, produced as-built site plan for North and South drilling fields and analysed drilling sequences for both rigs.
London Cross Rail, London, UK
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the electrical subcontractor responsible for the £1.2 million railway stations project. Duties included as-planned v as-built analysis for the three stations which resulted in a successful adjudication.
Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor responsible for the $20 million upgrade works to Tribhuvan Airport and other procurement works at Simikot and Rara Airports. Duties included producing chronologies for key areas of the project and as-planned v as-built analysis.
University Campus, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor responsible for the $1 billion campus development. The dispute arose from the claimant MEP subcontractor claiming for an extension of time and loss and expense arising from delays that occurred during the project.
Laikipia Airforce Base, Kenya
Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by the EPC contractor responsible for the £40 million Airforce base development in Laikipia. The contractor was claiming an extension of time for delays including incorrect design, late design information and review, abnormal ground conditions, flood risk and local elections. Duties included investigation into the delays, as-planned v as-built analysis and assisting with the production of the expert report.

Assisting the delay expert witness appointed by a contractor who was part of a joint venture dispute for the completion of the £570 million NET Phase 2 Tram network. Following involvement in the delay analysis process Lee observed the factual, opposing and own expert witnesses testifying.
