•Prepare Master Schedule of Project in P6 software.
•Controlling time schedule & supplier progress report.
•Coordinate for supply chain to ensure on time delivery.
•Preparation of monthly reports, corresponding and presentations.
•Administrator of P6 software and responsible for support of users.
•Prepare and maintain of PMS (Progress Measurement System) base on P6.
•Monitor the contractor project control activities.
•Evaluation of projects performance against baselines.
•Coordinate with Disciplines to prepare and verify data for reporting.
•Establishing the Cost Engineering system including: Earned Value Analysis, Preparation of monthly costs and income report, project Cash Flow.
•Controlling Contracts & Invoices of Suppliers &Vendors.
•Establish WBS structure.
• Define project activities weight factor (WF) according to the project budget.
•Monitor engineering, procurement and construction activities.
