predecessor completion date and successor start date are the same

The predecessor completion date and successor start date are the same. For Example, if predecessor finishes on 04th Feb-18, 04:00 PM the successor start on 04th Feb-18, 04:00 PM instead of 05th Feb-18, 08:00 AM with 0 days lag.
