- Project Set-up
- Working with project management, system administration and document controls to develop a project set-up that facilitates both internal and external Project Services requirements.
- Planning & Scheduling
- Provide Project Planning / Scheduling services to project teams to ensure that completion dates are being met including analysis and forecasting activities.
- Cost Management & Control
- Provide cost control services to project teams to ensure proper project cost management andprofitability monitoring.
- Develop cost breakdown structure and cost reporting procedures for overall project implementationbudget.
- Develop and establish overall project master cost plan for budgetary control.
- Prepare the overall monthly cost report of the project including Project statistics and trends.

- Monitor commitments, cost of works expended and cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare the cost report that should incorporate the information on the contract such as contract price, possible change, and reimbursable portions or IEWO (inter entity work order) related to the contract package (man hours consumed, indirect cost spent, etc.).
- Invoice Advice Reports (Verify & Approve Invoice Advice Reports before issuance to Finance).

- Project Updates (weekly progress-collection & updates; schedule updates cost control & management;change order/variation management; cash flow status; subcontractor progress management; weeklyupload of project data to Project Controls Database).
- Project reporting (issue of Internal Weekly project status reports and clients External progress reports.)
- Interfacing activities
- Interface Management (facilitating communication between and among Project-Managers, Discipline Leads, System administrator and Document Controller).
- Proposal support
- Proposal support by providing Planning/Scheduling and cost estimation support for proposal purposes.
- Quality
- Quality Control (ensuring projects are controlled, monitored and documented according Project Services standards / specifications; conduct timely Project Controls audits on project level).
