| Lead the project team in the creation of Master Contract Programme (MCP) |
| Assist CMG in the creation of Project Pre-Execution Plan (PrEP) |
| Assist COG in the creation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) |
| Monitor projects' SQTC status |
| Compare and analyze projects' status versus baseline targets |
| Assist in the formulation of actions necessary to meet projects' SQTC targets |
| Report projects' performance to ACE Team |
| Assist in the creation and justification of EOT claims |
| Maintain accomplishment and productivity records of projects handled |
| Provide project reports to Planning and Control Area Supervisor / Planning and Control OpCen Supervisor |
| Provide training and supervision to trainees and planning and control engineers |
| Develop reports/templates useful for project planning and control |
