- Advises on contract interpretation including analyzing client’s specifications and drawings
- Reviews advises and drafts letters on contractual correspondence
- Ensuring the proper preparation and documentation of all information recording events as background to future claims.
- Attends meeting with clients and participates in all contractual aspects of projects, including claims, final accounts, variations and contract interpretation.
- Maintain schedules in Planning Software’s (P6, P3 & MSP) with consistency/alignment to the agreed WBS/OBS/CBS and in accordance with the client’s Project requirements.
- Validate construction methodologies, resource and cost loading, activity durations, schedule logic, float allocation and critical path identification, including those within supplier submissions
- Provide accurate and timely programme data to meet reporting requirements.
- Identify threats and opportunities and incorporate risk mitigating measures into the schedule utilizing appropriate time/cost levels.
- Progress programmes, monitor and report on project performance, highlighting deviations, providing early warnings and identifying and presenting project slippage recovery strategies
